Where's my package?

Time of delivery for standard delivery is 3-5 business days counting from the day you placed your order. If the package fits in your mailbox it will be delivered there but most times you will have to pick up at your local post office and you will receive an SMS notification to your registered cellphone number. 


Missing your order confirmation?

If you have not received your order confirmation shortly after you made your order, it could mean that something has gone wrong with your purchase. Contact HIDROXA customer support.


My return

Did the product not meet your expectations? Here you will find information about what happens when you send a package in return or exchange a product. Keep in mind that you have 90 days to decide if you wish to keep your products, calculated from the day that you received the package.

Remember that you as a customer responsible for the shape of the product when you make a return until we have received and registered it, so always save your receipt. It can take up to 14 days for a return to reach us and to be processed at our office.
 

Does it cost anything to make a return?

No HIDROXA will pay for the return stamp.

How do I make a return?


Go to your local post office and send the package to back to us.
 Always save your receipt, until we cofirm that we have received the return. When we have received a copy of your receipt as well as the product in good condition we will make a refund for the product and return stamp to the credit card that you used when you bought the device.

 
Refund

Remember that you as a customer responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your deposit slip. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come to us and be processed and registered.

 

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as you receive a return confirmation to your email address, the process of your refund starts.


For debit Cards, it will take 1-5 business days. The repayment is made to the same card that was used for the purchase of the device.


 
How to make a return?

Here's how you make a return:


1) Fill in the return reason on a note or in an email.
2) Put the product and the note in a box that will hold for shipping, preferably in the packaging you received your shipment.
3) Seal the package.
4) Submit your package at your local post office. (Always keep your deposit slip)
5) Now we are waiting for your return to reach us. As soon as we receive and process your return we will send you a return confirmation via email and then you will get your refund.
