Hidroxa Medical is a family business. Our most important colleague and co-founder is Sandra Eriksson Mirkovic. She is a licensed physician with many years of experience in hyperhidrosis from both research and from working at a sweat clinic.
Sandra has a deep interest in helping people with hyperhidrosis as well as good knowledge on the subject - which many doctors unfortunately lack.
Sandra works on a daily basis as a general practitioner but actively supports Hidroxa's customer service by advising on the correct use of our iontophoresis device. Sandra Eriksson Mirkovic together with Emmili Yoshiguchi runs a podcast in Swedish called “Svettpodden”. (The sweat podcast) Emmili herself suffers from hyperhidrosis.
Jimmy Eriksson, married to Sandra, is an electrical engineer with a huge interest in electronics and broad technical background. Jimmy's interest in iontophoresis is as great as Sandras, with a focus on technology. Hidroxa's success has now led Jimmy to work in the company full time.
Nikola Mirkovic, Sandra's brother, is an e-commerce expert with his own web agency. Thanks to Nikola's digital skills, Hidroxa reaches out and can help hyperhidrosis patients from all over the world.
Thanks to Sandra's interest in hyperhidrosis, we began to think about how we could help all those suffering from the condition. In 2015, the idea of taking the iontophoresis machine to Sweden was born. After some preliminary work, the company became a reality.
Since the start of 2017, we are the only retailer of iontophoresis machines based in the Nordics. Ever since we started, we have helped people suffering from excessive sweating to a better life. We will continue to do so!

The expected delivery time of the goods is shown in the order confirmation, at the checkout, and/or on the relevant goods page at www.hidroxa.com. Usually, the delivery time is 3-7 business days.
If packages are to be redeemed, you must do so within the time specified in the notice. Packages should normally be collected in person with valid identification and order number. You always get a notification that shows where and when packages are to be downloaded. Notification can be made via email, regular mail and if You have provided a mobile number, also via telephone call or SMS. If you do not pick up the package, Hidroxa has the right to charge you a fee that corresponds to shipment costs.
When purchasing a Hidroxa Iontophoresis SE20 machine on the Website, 50 days right of withdrawal from the purchase always apply. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Hidroxa within 50 days after receiving the ordered item (the cancellation deadline).
If you wish to undo the purchase, you must, before the cancellation deadline expires, send a clear, written message to Hidroxa, via form, mail or letter. You must enter your name, address, and other relevant information, eg order number, invoice number, and name of the item in the message.
In exercising the right of withdrawal, Hidroxa does not pay the return shipment costs and You are responsible for the condition of the goods after You have received the goods and during the return shipment. The item must be returned in 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was submitted to Hidroxa. When you cancel your purchase, Hidroxa will refund the amount you paid for the item, excluding the cost of return shipping and possible MVA (outside the EU). On the amount to be repaid, Hidroxa is entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation of the goods compared to the original value of the goods, if and insofar as such depreciation is due to the fact that you have handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties. or function.
Hidroxa will repay the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date Hidroxa received your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The warranty is valid for 24 months from the time you received your product from Hidroxa. Warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a personal change in the function and appearance of the product, such as rebuilding, upgrading, or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is valid as proof of warranty.
The right of complaint covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Customers wishing to make a claim for errors in the ordered product should contact Hidroxa as soon as possible after the error has been discovered via the contact details stated on www.hidroxa.com. Complaints made within two months of the discovery of the error are always considered to have been submitted on time. You have a 2-year warranty on goods purchased at www.hidroxa.com
Hidroxa does not account for return shipping costs for complaints.
Once the claim has been returned and the claim is approved, Hidroxa will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
